About Mothers’ Union
Mothers’ Union brings people together to strengthen families and transform communities. At St Mary’s, we share prayer, friendship and service, and connect with projects across the Exeter Diocese and worldwide.
All are welcome. You don’t need to be a mother to belong — simply someone who supports MU’s vision for family and community.

Meetings
- Corporate Communion
1st Tuesday each month, 10.30 am — in St Mary’s. - Monthly Meeting
2nd Monday of every month at 2.00 pm in St Mary’s church (except January, August and December).

Heritage Note
St Mary’s has a long MU story here in Bideford, including the votive stand in the All Saints’ Chapel (1999) commissioned by the Mothers’ Union. Ask a steward if you’d like to see it after a service.
