Mothers Union

St Mary’s Mothers’ Union

Mothers’ Union is a global Christian movement working with people of all faiths and none to develop communities, strengthen families and advocate for change.

We have a membership of over four million Christians in 84 countries worldwide (76,000 in the UK). Our members are not all mothers, or even all women. They are single, married, divorced, parents, grandparents, or young adults just beginning to express their social conscience. Mothers’ Union is unique because our members work as volunteers in local communities, putting their Christian faith into action by acts great and small, giving individuals in need a helping hand and enabling communities to have the confidence and skills to transform their lives in a sustainable way.

We have an active Mother’s Union at St Mary’s of members that meets regularly (monthly) and organises a wide variety of meetings and events throughout the year. Praying, worshiping and fellowship with each other is a key component of our membership.

Why not put your faith and fellowship into action by joining us as we encourage and work together for a better world?
