Losing someone we love can leave a space in our lives that feels very quiet and sometimes overwhelming. Grief is different for everyone. For some it brings sadness, for others questions, memories, or simply the feeling of missing someone deeply. At times it can help to talk, and at other times it can help simply to sit with others who understand.
Reflections is a warm and welcoming group for anyone who has lost a loved one and would value a supportive place to share, listen, or just spend time with others who understand what loss can feel like.
You are welcome whether your loss is recent or many years ago. Some people come to talk, others come simply to listen, and some find comfort in quiet conversation over a cup of tea. There is no pressure and no expectation — just a safe and understanding space where people can be themselves.
The group offers gentle companionship, the chance to share memories if you wish, and the opportunity to receive support and encouragement from others who are walking a similar path. Sometimes it is helpful to hear how others have navigated grief, and sometimes it simply helps to know you are not alone.
Grief does not follow a timetable, and everyone’s journey is unique. Reflections exists to offer kindness, understanding, and a place where people can gather in a spirit of compassion and care.
If you feel that you might benefit from support, guidance, or simply being among others who understand, you would be very welcome to come along.
🤍 A place to talk
🤍 A place to listen
🤍 A place to remember
🤍 A place to find gentle support
📅 Reflections meets on the third Tuesday of each month.
You are warmly invited to join us. Whether you come once or regularly, we hope you will find comfort, understanding, and a sense of community.
You do not have to walk through grief alone. 🌿
