What to Expect
- A warm welcome and a listening ear
- Quiet moments for reflection, prayer and candles of remembrance
- Gentle conversation over tea and biscuits
- Opportunity to share stories if you wish, or sit quietly
Who is it for?
Reflections is open to anyone who has experienced loss, whether recent or long ago:
- Those grieving the death of a loved one
- People who have faced other kinds of loss — health, work, relationships
- All faiths and none — everyone is welcome
Safeguarding & Confidentiality
- Led by trained pastoral team members
- All leaders are DBS‑checked and follow the Parish Safeguarding Policy
- Conversations remain confidential unless safeguarding concerns arise
