We are the ‘younger version’ of the Mother’s Union who meet for a social event once every half term, usually involving fizzy drinks. We have met to make bags as a fundraiser for the Church improvement project. We have met to hear TED talks, make Christmas cards, go to Air Xtreme, go to the cinema and do some painting. We try to have a focus, but it’s mainly about getting together to chat, share and have fun!!!
We have Mums from Music Makers, Messy Church and St Mary’s that attend and we get about 10 ladies each time we meet. Debs is usually our wonderful host with support from Rhi and Bekah.

Prayer for the day
“The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery,” “You shall not murder,” “You shall not steal,” “You shall not covet,” and whatever other command there may be, are summed up in this one command: “Love your neighbor as yourself.” Love does no harm to a neighbor. Therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.”
